NFL spokesman Corry Rush confirmed that Raiders defensive end Richard Seymour was fined $7,500 for unnecessary roughness against Broncos left tackle Ryan Clady last week. Seymour grabbed Clady’s hair, knocking his helmet off, and picked up a 15-yard penalty. Clady refused to comment on the play after the game.
